Check the details before payment
A customer name preview is useful when the provider supports it. It gives you one more chance to catch a wrong meter number before payment.
Keep proof of the transaction
For prepaid meters, copy the token carefully and save the receipt. For postpaid accounts, retain the reference until the updated balance appears.
